Candida:
Compression tights you can get in matte black. They don’t have to be granny tan color, which is great. These I am wearing right now and they look perfect because I flew to Dublin and Florida four weeks afterwards and I didn’t have to wear those gray tights. So that was good. They recommend wearing those for two weeks afterwards, which is why ideally one would do the treatment in the winter or late spring, early spring, but you can wear them under jeans or tights, the beige ones, and they were fine.
So that was a more, that was probably the most handy little tip I could share, but apart from that, allow a few days just to recover. It’s a little, as I said, you’d be just a little delicate, feel a little delicate and little swollen for a week, but really it wasn’t that. This was very un-invasive considering what they did, considering the old days.
My mother has talked about stripping veins and it just wasn’t so, wasn’t traumatic at all. It didn’t feel invasive, though it’s amazing what they did.
